Symposium 2: Theory and Computer Simulation of Materials
This symposium will emphasize computational techniques and theoretical developments on the description of the structural, electronic, magnetic, optical, and superconducting properties of materials. Applications to the study of the physical behavior of materials like: intermetallics, alloys, hydrides, semiconductors, ferroelectric, half metallics, nanotubes, and graphene based structures, are welcome.
